Scarlett Johansson (as Lucy in the 2014 Luc Besson film Lucy).

I chose Johansson after watching Lucy with a friend the other night. The plot is ridiculous, but it's very entertaining and I loved her performance in it.
As for the drawing, it took more tweaking than usual to get the likeness. I put a time-lapse video of the process on Instagram.
